Serving as the second majorYellowstonespinoff, the Taylor Sheridan Paramount+ series first premiered in 2022 before returning for its sophomore outing in February. Unlike season 1, which featured 8 episodes,1923season 2is confirmed to only consist of 7, meaning the story for Jacob (Harrison Ford) and Cara Dutton (Helen Mirren), and their family members, will end (for now) on Sunday, April 6.
TV Insidernow reveals new details about the1923season 2 finale, confirming thatit is titled “A Dream and a Memory” and that it will be close to two hours in length. The report also includes a logline for the episode, which previews what is to come for Jacob and some other key characters in the Dutton family and beyond:
“Jacob and his crew eagerly await Spencer’s [Brandon Sklenar] return at the train station. Teonna [Aminah Nieves] has a fateful run-in. Alexandra [Julia Schlaepfer] braves the cold.”
The report also includes some information about the upcoming episode 6 of1923season 2 set to release on Sunday, March 30, which is called “The Mountain Teeth of Monsters.” The logline teases a story that focuses on the journeys of Alexandra and Teonna:

Pete was played in 1923 season 1 by actor Cole Brings Plenty, but the character had to be recast after Plenty’s tragic death in April 2024.
