If the Destined One didn’t engage the Scorpionlord to begin with, the Scorpionlord will join in on the first attempt to fight the Duskveil, whittling down its health by a bit before succumbing to its onslaught.
Althoughthe Duskveil’s arguably easier than the Scorpionlord, it might be even more interesting as a fight. Its second phase kicks things into stylish overdrive in a way that ranks among the best fights inBlack Myth: Wukong.The Destined One may spend most of the fight whacking his staff at the Duskveil’s feet, but unlike some larger boss fights (Captain Wise-Voice, for example), it never ends up feeling particularly static or tiring.
