The dark horror comedyCarvedbrings laughs and scares to a story about an unlikely serial killer, and it counts on the talents of a cast with known actors and other new talents. Based on the 2018 short film of the same name by Justin Harding, who returns as co-writer and director,Carvedtakes viewers back to Halloween night in 1993. Set in Cedar Creek Village, a “living museum” in Maine,Carvedfollows the village’s theater team and other employees who find themselves in the middle of a living nightmare when the carving contest goes horribly wrong.
An employee found a strange and abnormally big pumpkin in a field and his friend took it for the contest. What no one was expecting was for the pumpkin to come to life and start killing everyone at the contest. The survivors team up to come up with a plan to escape the village, get help, and, if possible, kill the pumpkin in the process. The cast ofCarvedbrings together well-known young talents as well as new faces, all of them doing their best to survive a wild Halloween night.
