AsDeadpool and Wolverinetopple through multiple realities, the surrounding worlds seem to bend to Deadpool’s will. Considering the Merc With a Mouth’s patended brand of nonsensical humor, the two have already jumped between some startlingly sultry alternate universes. One, in particular, had the two heroes transform into a pair of anthropomorphic fox-men, seemingly to spark a passionate fire in Deadpool in the process. This continues a surprising trend in comics this year,following up on Nightwing’s transformation into a fox in DC’sBeast World.

With his incredible powers of healing and regeneration, Deadpool was initially depicted as an X-Men villain but went on to become an anti-hero. After getting his own movie series starting in 2016, the third Deadpool movie finally brings the wisecracking, fourth-wall-breaking character into the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Ever sinceDick Grayson dropped the pantsless leotardlook andadopted a slick body-tight black costume, his confident charm has cemented him as the Bat Family’s sexiest crime fighter. In 2023, DC released an event calledTitans: Beast Worldthat transformed heroes and villains from the DC Universe into anthropomorphic animals as well. Nightwing, like Deadpool and Wolverine, transformed into his own fox form, which further accentuated some of Dick’s more muscular traits. Compared to the blade-wielding Marvel heroes, however, Nightwing misses the extra it-factor that pushes the design from hilarity to hunkiness.
