Each player will take on a position from a different department, such as Sales or Accounting. Players take turns acting as the Head Intern, represented by a token based on theiconic Dundie trophy. The Head Intern helps their fellow workers with day-to-day tasks, recruiting people from other departments to help them succeed in tasks based on card instructions. One intern will secretly act as a spy for Osprey Paper and do whatever they can to make their colleagues fail their tasks.
In the event that players are sabotaged or can’t finish the task with the cards they received, the entire team will receive a strike. Once players reach five strikes or make it through all 12 weeks of their internship unscathed, it’s time for the final Head Intern to pick which team members they want to hire.
