A series of new leaked buffs to The Herta inHonkai: Star Rail3.0 has emerged and, from what it seems, the 5-star character may become the first Erudition character of her kind, somewhat separated from the rest of her colleagues on the same Path.The Herta is one of the three new confirmed characters for Version 3.0 alongside Aglaea and the Remembrance Trailblazer. Her first Trace also saw the addition of a new effect that increases her Ice DMG while using an Enhanced Skill against a target with 42 stacks of Interpretation inHonkai: Star Rail.
The leak also details a few buffs applied to The Herta’s E1 and E4, which keeps her reset Interpretation value at 10 and increases the team’s SPD, respectively.
