According to the leak, Tribbie’s Basic Attack targets a single enemy and adjacent targets, dealing damage to them based on her Max HP. The leak mentions that Tribbie’s Skill grants all allies a percentage of RES PEN against all Elemental Types for a set number of turns inHonkai: Star Rail.
