Still, if this is the reason the Yellowjackets remain trapped in the wilderness for months longer, I don’t understand why the adult characters haven’t carried animosity towards Shauna.

While she may have had support from characters like Lottie and Tai, it’s odd that Natalie and some of the others didn’t have major issues with Shauna as an adult, based on what we’ve seen in the ’90s timeline. I’m not saying Shauna deserves to get killed, but it’s interesting how much was forgiven or possibly forgotten regarding Shauna’s wilderness actions.
Division Could Create Different Factions In The Wilderness
By Nat’s reaction to Shauna’s declaration that nobody would be leaving, it sure seems likethe conflict between the survivors will intensify throughout the rest ofYellowjacketsseason 3. Many signs point to the young survivors splitting up into factions as they head into another dangerous winter. We knowMelissa is the confirmed eighth survivor inYellowjackets, but there are plenty of others expected to be killed off before the actual rescue. Warring groups and cannibalism could explain some of the inevitable deaths. Either way, tension will certainly be high from here on out.
