The Floor’s season 2 winner is earned their victory with a very clever strategy. Based on the Dutch game show of the same name, the American version ofThe Floorishosted by Rob Loweand features a large group of contestants in a trivia-based game. The contestants stand on a floor covered in various squares that they can claim by correctly answering trivia questions from a variety of subjects. Players can also challenge each other in head-to-head trivia duels, with the winner taking over the squares of the loser.

The ultimate goal is to take over the entire floor, withthe winner getting the cash prize of $250,000. The first season of the show saw 81 contestants competing to take over the entire floor, with Jacquelyn Kenny becoming the victor after winning three separate duels, and challenging her first opponent in the second episode. Season 2 of the series featured 100 players, yet the winner of this season took a different approach compared to his opponents and came away with the most exciting victory of the game show.

Keelan Von Ehrenkrook Is The Winner Of The Floor Season 2

His Specialty Category Was The Periodic Table

Facing off against the other 99 contestants, Keelan von Ehrenkrook was the winner ofThe Floorseason 2 and went home with the $250,000game show prize. Von Ehrenkrook entered the game with periodic tablesas his category of expertise. However, while many of the contestants onThe Floortake an aggressive approach to taking over as many squares as possible through duels, von Ehrenkrook enlisted a different strategy that saw him hanging back for much of his time. In fact,he ended up only participating in one duel before the finale of season 2.

The finale saw von Ehrenkrook going up against fellow contestant Jennifer Strickland as his final opponent in a best-of-three face-off. As the two faced off in the final duel, Strickland chose to tackle von Ehrenkrook’s special subject of the periodic tables first. As he had done from the beginning, von Ehrenkrook proved he chose his category wisely and easily came out on top. However, Strickland performed better with the switch to her specialty category of CEOs, making for a close face-off only for von Ehrenkrook to win in the end.
