Netflix’sIt’s What’s Insidefeatures a cast of primarily up-and-coming actors who help create the bold and dysfunctional characters who participate in a daring body-swapping game. Since its Sundance Film Festival debut, the buzz has been high for the horror-comedy movie, which holds an impressive 84% score onRotten Tomatoes. The expectations were furthered byIt’s What’s Inside’s first trailer, which shows a group of friends playing a game that goes horribly wrong.
Due to the movie’s premise,the eight lead actors inIt’s What’s Insideend up playing more than one character during the one-and-a-half-hour runtime. Luckily, the actors manage to distinguish each character with different mannerisms and personalities. Though it isn’t the only strength, It’s What’s Inside succeeds because of the strong performances of the cast of rising stars.
