While therelease date was unintentionally leakednot long before Sony’s State of Play,Metal Gear Solid Deltahas been officially announced for an August 15, 2025, release date, arriving simultaneously on the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. The release date trailer showed numerous iconic moments later in the game, including the bombastic confrontation with Colonel Volgin driving the nuclear-armed tank. Both pre-order bonuses will include the dapper White Tuxedo skin, although the deluxe version pre-order bonus adds a 48-hour early access period, letting players jump in before the game’s standard release.
