Among theMy Hero AcademiaLeague of Villains' members,Toga Himikois one of the most frightening, with one of the most simple but remarkably useful Quirks. Her Transform Quirkaccomplishes just what the name suggests, allowing her to"transform" into any other person of her choosing by taking a tiny bit of their blood. She can instantly steal any person’s identity, taking on their appearance, dress, and voice temporarily.
Cosplayer@im_jennjenn._almost seems to be using the Transform Quirk themselves, considering how well they have taken on Toga Himiko’s menacing appearance in the cosplay. They are wearing her everyday outfit: a white sweater and a navy blue skirt with a pattern of white lines around the edge.

Their outfit resembles that of a schoolgirl, with a navy and white striped collar that matches the skirt, as well as an additional bright red scarf tied at the front to add a pop of color. A utility belt is wrapped around their waist, used by Toga to carry any weapons she may need.
Toga’s Gruesome Blood Transformation Quirk Is Pictured in the Cosplay
Splashes of Blood and Her Signature Mask Both Hint at the Villain’s Terrifying Ability
The scariest part of Toga’s appearance is the chunky black and white maskshe is always seen wearing. This device appears in the cosplay, attached to the front of @im_jennjenn._’s face and wrapped around their neck. The massive accessory also includes empty canisters and a needle attached to a long clear tube. These tools are necessary for allowing Toga to extract her victim’s blood and store it properly, before she uses it to start her Quirk’s transformation abilities. To even further represent Toga’s gruesome skill, the cosplayer has splattered some fake blood on their clothes and the front of their mask.
My Hero Academia Somehow Made Himiko Toga Even More Depressing
In chapter 341 of My Hero Academia, Himiko Toga explores her tragic past in the most heartbreaking way imaginable, but with no mention of Ochako.
Finally, their hair is in Toga’s signature space buns style with thick bangs, and they are wearing golden yellow contacts to match the villain’s eye color. Thanks to photo editing, they have added a few splashes of bright red blood to the image itself, giving the look an even more petrifying appearance. Aside from using her Quirk to deceive others and take on entirely new identities, Toga is also a masterful combatant and battles well with various blades and knives, proving thatshe does not have to rely on just her Quirk alone to achieve successduring fights.

Toga Is One ofMy Hero Academia’sMost Multifaceted, Complex, and Tragic Villains
Toga Joined the League Because She Felt She Was Improving a Cruel World, in Her Own Twisted Way
Toga is indeed a villain, but she isone of the most complex evildoers in the League of Villains.Toga’s tragic childhoodof being forced to repress the Quirk she was born with, and ultimately being unable to, took a heavy mental toll on her, leading her to join the League in an attempt to be accepted, Quirk and all. She felt like society would never welcome her, so she unfortunately chose the path of evil. @im_jennjenn._ has beautifully representedthis conflicted and in some ways, tragic,My Hero Academiavillain, Toga, encapsulating both her physical look and her personality.
