The mobileTCGgame has only been out since October 30 and it’s already amassed a huge following, with fans and newcomers alike getting to enjoy the dopamine boost of opening booster packs (without the associated cost). The app has also been pushing out content and special events frequently, keeping players engaged and excited about what’s to come.

The game launched with one set of cards titledGenetic Apex, consisting of three different booster packs, each with unique Pokémon that can only be found within them. New Pokémon TCG Pocket Events And Cards Are Great, But We Want Trading

More Updates Are Sure To Come Soon

One feature that’s conspicuously missing from the list of events and updates coming toTCGPis the option to trade. The section in the app that will one day be used for trading iscurrently tantalizingly labeled “Coming Soon"with no indication of when “soon” might arrive. For many fans, it’s not soon enough, as the comments on CentroLeaks' X post indicate. As X userfreezing_legendsays, “Trading update when?”

Trading would help players (like myself) who are struggling to get a hold of a few final cards in their collection but have an overabundance of other rare cards and no desire to destroy them for flair. The Gengar ex looks awesome, but I don’t need three of them, and being able to trade would be extremely useful. At the rate thatPokémon TCG Pocketis going, there’s no doubt that trading will be implemented fairly soon. Until then, there are plenty of other fun events and new cards to look forward to in November through January, and beyond.
