50Iceberg and Alice
Though Iceberg makes more than one appearance during Vegapunk’s message, his first cameo takes place in chapter #1109 where a sleepy Iceberg is seen rubbing his eyes as he wakes up and asking his new secretary Alice to set up the Video Transponder Snail. The cameo reveals that the message begins in the middle of the night at Water Seven, with many citizens still waking up.
49Vivi, Morgans, and Wapol
Another unsurprising cameo during Vegapunk’s message is Big News Morgans, Vivi, and Wapol, who are seen in chapter #1109 at the World Economic Journal’s Headquarters. Vivi is curious about whether the message says where the Straw Hats are headed next, but Morgans quickly deduces that Vegapunk’s message was pre-recorded based on a clock in the background. Meanwhile, Wapol is seen quietly watching the broadcast in the background behind Morgans.
48Shanba and the Rest of Birdie Kingdom
Chapter #1113
One of the more unexpected cameos in Vegapunk’s message is Birdie Kingdom, where Chopper spent the time-skip. Chapter #1113 features Shanba, one of Birdie Kingdom’s only named characters, sitting around a Transponder Snail listening to the broadcast along with other inhabitants of the island.

46Ceaser Clown and Vinsmoke Judge
While it seems like the Straw Hats only recently parted ways with Ceaser, chapter #1113 sees the former MADS member make a cameo reacting to Vegapunk’s message. Ceaser appears quite shocked at the revelation that Vegapunk is already dead, while Vinsmoke Judge can be seen in the background right behind Ceaser looking surprised as well.

Chapter #1114

In the chapter, Hina, along with many nameless Marines, are seen reacting to the news that the world ofOne Pieceis sinking. Akainu also makes his first appearance in a subsequent panel, but stays silent.
44Paulie
While Iceberg made his appearance relatively early on in Vegapunk’s message, Paulie, the other member of Galley-La, only appears in chapter #1114 where he appears to be in disbelief that the entire world ofOne Pieceis sinking just like Water Seven.
