One Pieceis finally heating up as the series transitions into the long-awaited Elbaf arc, setting the stage for a highly anticipated confrontation between two powerful groups. The arc seems promising so far, but this battle could be one of the highlights, given how long it has been in the making.

In chapter #1126 ofOne Piece, the Straw Hats are on their way to Elbaf but with unexpected developments. Meanwhile, Blackbeard was talking to Lafitte, who informed him about the assault on the Red Port and Mariejois, making a blockade on food supplies and making the Celestial Dragons go hungry. As the guardians of the Celestial Dragons, the God’s Knights will undoubtedly jump into action and fight the Revolutionarieswho are starving their masters. With the series currently at the end game, it’s high time that a clash that was teased for so long finally happens.

Dragon Will Finally Be Seen In Action

One Of The Most Mysterious Characters Is Ready To Go All Out

There are a lot of unknowns, such as where the battle will happen or even how they’ll face off, but the probability of it happening is very high.Dragon is the leader of the Revolutionariesand Luffy’s father, but not much is known about this character, with fans especially wondering about his powers ever since he appeared to save Luffy in Logue Town. Sabo, the chief of staff of the Revolutionaries, also plays an increasingly important role in the story, and the Commanders and Ivankov are all powerful figures on their own.

On the other side, the Celestial Dragons can count on Figarland Garling, leader of the God’s Knights. However, sinceFigarland was promoted to one of the 5 Elders, whether he still commands the God’s Knights or someone else took up the position is still unknown. However, there is virtually nothing about the God’s Knights, such as their members, abilities, hierarchies, and when they were formed. All that is known about them is thatthey were involved in the God Valley Incident, with a young Figarland and two unnamed God’s Knights appearing.

The Revolutionaries Are The First Who Could Truly Hurt The Celestial Dragons

The Blockade Was A Smart Strategy But A Confrontation Is Inevitable

Both factions are essentially still an unknown in the series. While this does allow for the results of the fight to be much less predictable and maintain an air of mystery, it also doesn’t leave much room to develop God’s Knights and make them compelling foes to the Revolutionaries. Furthermore, the possibility thatDragon and Sabo could face off against completely new charactersmeans that their stories could not cross with Luffy’s at all, making their much-awaited reunion less likely.

Ever sinceOne Piece’s final saga began, it has been nearly impossible to predict what is going to happen, but the standoff between the Revolutionaries and God’s Knights could be one of the guaranteed events to come. It seems Elbaf will be yet another arc that will feature interesting developments outside the island as well.

One Piece

Created by Eiichiro Oda, One Piece is a multimedia franchise that began as a manga series and follows the adventures of the Straw Hat Pirates as led by Monkey D. Luffy. Luffy, an enthusiastic pirate with a thirst for adventure, is afflicted by a mysterious curse that gives him various powers he uses to protect himself and his friends. The manga eventually gave way to the anime series, with the two being some of history’s longest-running anime and manga series. Along with over fifty video games made over the years, the series entered the live-action world with Netflix’s 2023 adaptation.
