This is likely the Gray Sisters' taxi from the book, which the trio use to escape Manhattan at the start of the book.

The Show Is Staying Accurate To The Book’s Story
The new footage ofPercy Jacksonseason 2indicates the upcoming episodes will stay true to the books, with Tyson becoming an important part of the titular protagonist’s friend group. In the book,the three heroes escape New York with him using the Gray Sisters' taxi service after Percy is blamed for destroying his college prep school’s gymduring an attack from Laistrygonian Giants.
