Although she begins the movie wearing a nondescript hospital gown and remains in this outfit for the first half ofTerrifier 3’s runtime, viewers are eventually treated to the unexpectedly whimsical sight of Vicky sewing herself a new outfit while Art is busy murdering locals. During the finale, Vicky dons this black and white number that resembles a cross between a clown costume, an apron, and a stage outfit for a magician’s assistant. There is a reason behind this transformation.

AlthoughVicky can’t possess Sienna inTerrifier 3’s ending, the fact that she tries to prove that she is under the control of the Little Pale Girl demon. Like Art the Clown himself, the Little Pale Girl demon is an evil entity that can seemingly jump from one body to another. Vicky was already violently homicidal before she was possessed, as evidenced by her murder of a reporter inTerrifier’s opening scene. However, she wasn’t in league with Art the Clown until her possession. In her firstTerrifier 3appearance, she tearfully says that Art made her kill a nurse.
