When he walked into the control room, his mouth and mind failed him. Instead of his lines, all he could muster was a dramatic, “Ugggggghhaaaaaaaah.”
“Ugggggghhaaaaaaaah.”
Cut.
“And I couldn’t remember my line,” Mackie says, making what sounds like every actor’s worst nightmare into the best bar story I’ve heard in a minute. “I’m like, ‘F*ck. I’m acting with Harrison Ford.'”
Third take isn’t much better, so Ford pulls him out of the room and into the hallway. “You know, it’s not that big of a deal,” the icon says. “Relax, kid.” The kid relaxes. They knock out the scene. Ford shakes his hand: “All right. Let’s go.”
