The town of Whispering Glenn provides players the opportunity to have their Sims experience an idyllic countryside life, but it too is not without its fair share of mysteries and unusual sights. There are many locations for players to visit, including a local crypt, a garden, and even a place known as the Tarot Tome Shrine. The most exciting thing about Whispering Glenn is the Moon Revelry festival that is held every night, where Sims can spend time swimming, hanging around a bonfire, and more, all with the option of not wearing clothes while in public.
Mourningvale is home to not only many ghosts, but also sentient plants, and is even occasionallyvisited by the Grim Reaper. Places such as the mysterious Baleful Bog will provide both living Sims and ghosts with unique, unusual experiences. There are also numerous interesting events for Sims to partake in, including the Thinned Festiveil that will allow players to experience the town’s local customs, as well as the Afterlife Anonymous meetups, which will let Sims take the time to contemplate and discuss their own mortality with others.
