While Bianca became very emotional when it was revealed that Naomi had attacked Jade, the two never came to blows. Bianca simply walked away without trying to deliver any retribution. That led many to speculate that she was simply shedding crocodile tears at the time.
The most likely scenario is thatBelair has been in cahoots with Naomi the entire time. And it’s not like there haven’t been plenty of clues based on Bianca’s recent demeanor. She talks differently, dresses differently, and her behavior is a lot more smug and arrogant. For the first time, she’s some off as a spoiled prima donna, and the audience sees that.

If Belair is truly turning heel, then this is a smart move on WWE’s part. While she may be one of the most popular characters in the promotion, and she sells lots of merchandise,she needs to show some depth of rangein order to continue thriving as a superstar. In many ways, Belair is in the same spot that Bayley was in before her heel turn. When all the hugging started to get stale, Bayley turned her entire character upside down. In the course of that run, she turned babyface again and has gained much more respect from the fan base.
Bianca is in a similar position in 2025. As the old promoters used to say, “You need to go away and learn a new hold,” which was their way of saying that a star needed to change their stripes or their style before it started to get too moldy. WWE management likely views the Belair character in the same way now.

With her impressive physical skills and sharp-tongued promos, it could be an epic turn. One that helps her branch out and show what type of all-around performer she can truly be.
After years of cheering on the former track star, the WWE Universe has grown tired of seeing her run circles around the competition. It’s perfect timing now, andBianca Belairhas the skills to pull off a major shift. If she does that, she could transform from one of WWE’s most popular figures to The Woman You Love To Hate.
